How do the arrangements work in school?

An introductory assembly takes place 1 to 3 weeks before the event. Pupils will be informed of their Olympic or International sports guest; will be shown some simple fitness exercises, suitable for their ages and ability, which they will be invited to perform on the event day.

How do donations work?

With consent of parents or guardians, and having activated the child’s unique payment link, pupils will be asked to collect sponsorship donations, using the online payment hub.

Following the deadline date for sponsorship donations, the money raised will be apportioned with the agreed levy fee per child paid to TSS and the remaining funds split 80% to school and 20% to TSS.

How do the rewards work?

Incentive rewards are available for children, for schools that have opted to receive incentives, for achieving fundraising targets will be sent to schools to distribute to the children following the event. The reward the child has reached will be shown on their fundraising page, together with the amount they need to achieve their next target.

What do you do with my details?

Your details are only held on our site for the purposes of creating your unique fundraising page, and for notifying you of donations made for your child. We then collate the donations and match them up to your child before presenting this information back to the school. We won’t pass your details on to anyone else.

Are my child’s details shown on the website?

No, your child’s details won’t appear on the main school fundraising page. You can choose to allow your child’s name to appear on your own personalised fundraising page, and this page is only accessible via the unique link that we email you.

How do you take payments?

We currently use a secure payment provider called Stripe to process all our transactions. At no time are your card details held on our servers, everything is processed by Stripe in real time.
